Hello everyone, I hope you’re all doing well. The last few weeks have been very intense. Unfortunately, two days after I wrote my last BIT, on April 6th a dear friend of mine, Buck Buchanan, passed away. He was like my 2nd Dad… I’ll sure miss him.
The TV interview at “The Good Life TV 45” went well. It turned out that It was the very first Spanish program that they had ever done! The program went well and It was nice to be back there again. Continue reading “BIT-20”

My concert at, Christ Presbyterian Church in Lakeland, Florida, was a lot of fun. The pastor is a BIG guitar fan…And a Taylor owner as well!

Well hello again. Let’s get caught up from my last BIT…
While we were in the Atlanta area I had the opportunity to play at Freedom Chapel, held at the Dominion Christian High School.
Before we left the area I also played a concert at the Atlanta Christian College (NOTE: Now Point University) in McKinney’s Coffeehouse. BIT 16 – December 13, 2007
Wow, this has been a great trip around the country… lots of beautiful places. Dad and I headed out towards Southern California and went through Colorado with it’s majestic Rockies where we stopped to visit a good friend just outside Denver. We then traveled down into New Mexico and stayed with some really great folks in Santa Fe. They’re more like family now.
Afterwards, we continued on to Arizona where dad wanted me to see this place called Sedona, a gorgeous colorful town he remembered from years ago. So me, being “resident navigator” of this entourage, found a “shortcut” on the map. Well, at least that’s Continue reading “BIT-16”

Well, hello again, I’ll keep this a short BIT. I’m writing this from Costa Rica… before we left Panama last week I was busier than a one handed guitarist! BIT 12 – July 17, 2007
Hello all,
Not much happening here since my last BIT… We’ve been pretty busy with visitors from the States so I’ve not had the time for practice or for doing gigs lately. Also my mom got pretty sick here, and between trying to take care of her, until the doctor could stabilize her so my dad and I could send her back stateside to recover and get the care she needs with some great friends of ours. She’s doing much better now, Thank God!

Bit 11 – MAY 25, 2007
Greetings from Panama! Since my last post my parents and I had a nice visit to Costa Rica for about a week. I got to meet a guy, Gary, who was the drummer for the Turtles! Remember their hit…”Happy Together”?
Of course, he said that hit happened 3 years after he had left the group… bad timing! 🙂 It was still pretty cool to meet him. It was also nice to see so many of our friends again. It was a really nice visit.
